This policy describes how KBS Ventures SRL ("VigiRank", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of website users, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Belgian law.

We only collect the data necessary for the purposes described below:

• Contact and inquiry data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name and any information you voluntarily provide through a form, an appointment booking, or by email/phone.
• Data about your online presence (as part of our services): public information from your Google Business Profile, rankings and visibility statistics.
• Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, analytics data — where applicable and subject to your consent for non-essential cookies.

• Respond to your inquiries and get back to you — legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
• Provide and manage our services — legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Send you commercial information about our services — legal basis: consent or legitimate interest, with the ability to opt out at any time.
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
• Measure and improve website traffic — legal basis: consent (non-essential cookies).

Your data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes: prospect data for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, client data for the duration of the contractual relationship and then in accordance with legal obligations (notably accounting — 7 years in Belgium), and browsing data for the periods indicated in our cookie management.

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by technical providers acting as processors (hosting, appointment-booking tool, email, analytics), all bound by confidentiality and security guarantees. Some providers may be located outside the European Union; in that case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

The website may use cookies strictly necessary for its operation (exempt from consent) as well as, where applicable, analytics cookies placed only after your consent. You can change your choices at any time and configure your browser to refuse cookies.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
